Summer Cool Offer
Just when you thought this summer offer couldn’t get any hotter, there’s one more component to sweeten the deal.
- Book $20,000 of business with any of the participating hotels by April 30, 2017, and get a $250 AMEX gift card.
- Book $100,000 of business with any of the participating hotels by April 30, 2017, and get a trip to Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa in Grand Cayman. Trip includes 3 nights in a Junior Suite King Room and a $750 AMEX gift card.
Cool offer thresholds ($20,000, $100,000) can be met via multiple programs at different participating hotels as long as business is contracted by April 30, 2017. Trip to Grand Cayman must be consumed by December 30, 2017.
Terms + Conditions:
Groups must be booked with a mutually signed contract between February 1, 2017 and June 30, 2017 and consumed by September 30, 2017. Summer concessions and bonus offer promotion is based upon availability and blackout dates apply. The required minimum spend to qualify for this offer is $6,000 for all participating hotels with the exception of the brand new Kimpton Aertson Hotel, where the minimum spend to qualify for the offer is $10,000. Does not apply to groups already contracted at a Kimpton Hotel and/or in conjunction with another promotional offer. The percentage discount off of the master account folio only applies to group guest rooms, and catered food & beverage in the meeting room. All other associated revenues with the contracted group and/or meeting will not qualify for the percentage off master account folio discount.
